3. Contact-form provider and overseas processing

The contact form is processed by Formspree, Inc. Form submissions and related technical data may be processed in the United States and other countries where Formspree or its service providers operate. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the form.

Formspree handles data under its own privacy policy. BASA uses the service only to receive and manage website inquiries.

4. Sharing and retention

BASA does not sell personal information. We disclose it only to service providers needed to operate the inquiry process, when required by law, or when otherwise permitted with an appropriate legal basis.

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the related business relationship, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service, after which it is deleted or anonymized where practical.
